You may only obtain one refund using our best price assurance policy in the event an airfare is cheaper on multiple websites simultaneously.
What do I do to claim a refund?
You will send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and time of travel, name of the destination airport, name of the airline, class of service and price of airfare.
